Cabi Developers. Based out of Miami, Florida, the company is leading the renaissance of downtown Miami and recently expanded to create its flagship Las Vegas property, Promenada at Rainbow. Its parent
corporation, GICSA has completed more than 15 million square feet of new construction since it was founded in 1989. Its roster of development and financing partners include Turnberry Associates, Cargill and GE Capital.

BACKGROUND:Promenada at Rainbow is self-funded by Cabi Developers, illustrating that the financial viability of the development project is not dependent on presales.
